Daughter was very happy with her birthday gift (she picked it out). It's already hanging on her wall above a window.
Not happy with UPS though. They delivered it at 10:15 PM. Daughter did not find it until she went out to walk the dog midway through the next morning. Even though she lives at the head of the entry street into her neighborhood, she must have some really honest neighbors for it to still be where UPS left it. Many, many cars had passed her house as people left for work that morning.

Everything went fine. I liked what I got. It’s now on my wall.

Just moved to the mountains and got this on a whim. Love it!
Anthony
Very cheaply made. Product was not cleaned of the metal shavings after being cut, you just put a note in the box to clean the metal shavings myself. Overall, lazy craftsmanship and disappointed I bought two pieces at once spending around $140.00 for a flimsy piece that bends and almost breaks as you try to clean the metal shavings off of it. Scratched surface with the "protective film" hardly on it in most spots. 10/10 will not buy any more pieces from this company like I was planning to.

Looks great
Really enjoying the metal art
Kevin K.
Very sharp looking!
WINSTON G.
Love eventhought didn't like the semigloss shining it has in one side.
Jeanne P.
My original order arrived damaged. One email to the company and they agreed to ship me a new one. Excellent customer service! Very happy with my order. Strongly recommend!
Steven M.
Works well in this triangular space
Joseph L.
Thank you so much for the fine mountains. The whole family just loves it.
Deena C.
I really love my purchase!
Jere F.
The box was bent and it did affect the metal art. Fortunately it was fairly easy to slightly bend the mountain scene back so it would not stick out from the wall. There appears to be no actual white, it is light blue. Disappointing!
Lori Z.
Great product!! Looks awesome in our ski-themed basement.
Kathleen R.
I really like both of my Metal Plex mountain scapes. Even though they were well packed with lots of bubble wrap, one end corner on the all black one was a little bent, and there was a small scratch on the photo print one. Neither was worth returning for a replacement, but I was a little disappointed.
James M.
Really nice, thanks.
Mark M.
Looks great on the wall. Lights work well.
Things I had to change:
Fixing the way it hangs...
I had to add spacers around the piece to get it to sit right on the wall. I made little cardboard triangles and used double-sided tape to achieve this.
More sophisticated light controls....
I wanted a more sophisticated light control system. The shipped controller is very basic. I wanted timers, specifically. I bought a new controller for the lights from Amazon after a bit of research.
Mount trust...
The mount was a little confusing at first, but I figured it out. I don't trust the tape on a textured wall though. I think adding a couple of holes and some screw hardware to the part that attaches to the wall would be good. The last thing anyone wants is a hunk of metal sliding down onto the floor, or someone's head (I have my art mounted over the bed).

Looks great! Very happy with our purchase. We put it on a wall on our patio above a fireplace and TV. Completes the space perfectly.
Ron O.
Love the look and feel of this metal art, and the fact that it changes colors at night.
Matt J.
I like it very much. Will buy another piece this xmas
William R.
This is for my nephew who passed at 26 - he was a coors light guy and the mountains are in memory of him !
Chad S.
It looks great. The only thing is, the cable and the battery pack is exposed and looks tacky, what remedy would you recommend to hide this?
Karen J.
The Mountain piece is beautiful, and I can't say enough about the Customer Service. Following a shipping issue, MetalFlex were extremely accommodating in correcting the problem, and made sure I was satisfied. I'm very pleased to recommend!
Jeremiah S.
Product showed up looking like it got dropped off a roof and delivered by Ace Ventura of HDS. Large order was bent and scratched. Small order was not damaged. Like the product but shipping sucked.
Edward R.
I thought it was metal but it actually is plastic. Not 100 percent satisfied
Ronald T.
The first arrived damaged, but the company quickly and seamlessly addressed it and we received an undamaged piece within days. It looks exactly as we had hoped and is great. Easy to hang, it accentuates our place in the mountains perfectly.
JoAnne M.
The artwork is magnificent. It fills up a long standing blank space on a large wall. The package arrived in rough shape. However, I was able to flatten the metal with careful counterpressure and now it sits flat on my wall.
Louis B.
Had a bit of a set back when the first delivery was damaged during shipping.
Customer service was totally present and responsive. A replacement was sent immediately. Great product and even better service. Thanks, Lou B
Ronald D.
package arrived in terrible and damaged condition packaging was insufficiant. Bubble wrap was punctured and cardboard wrap was torn open. Must have been dropped at a minimum. The artwork itself was also damaged as the end was bent and overall was bent/curved and not able to lay flat against the wall.
Brian M.
I love it. We will by more from you and let our friends know about your company.
Thank you,
Brian
Annette Z.
It looks beautiful in our living room. Easy to hang.
Louis B.
Mountain scape showed up on time and in great condition. Easy to hang, looks amazing. Will definitely keep shopping for these beautiful accents.
Steven W.
The mounting pads made the hanging easy.
Stan P.
The one I ordered was damaged and they replaced it promptly, was so glad as it was a birthday gift. Thanks much
Ted Mason H.
Exactly what we were looking for!
Chris P.
Very nice product. Just what we needed to dress up our barn.
Ken G.
Love it!!
Exactly as described, easy to attach to the wall and looks great
Scott M.
Beautiful! Love it! Looks Metalplex went above and beyond to get the art to me. Highly recommend.
Barbara W.
We live in the Colorado Rockies. The space above our bed needed artwork but nothing floated my boat. Then I saw the pieces from MetalPlex and I knew I'd hit the jackpot! Then I just had to narrow down my options. Looks great!
thomas s.
Very Nice addition to Any room ! I know it is in Mine !
William W.
Packed Nicely enough, no insructions. mounting included is a joke and unsightly. previosly requested feedback on same , none offered by company.
William W.
Arrived nicely packaged, unwrapped, found battery operated lighting system, added batteries, works well, then found 2 aluminum 4 “ L shaped 2 sided tape channels.?!??!? Are you kidding me, this is the best mounting you can provide…???? If so it looks like crap, comes with a lot of advertising and no directions ….. Felt like re boxing and sending back unless I hear from you, very soon!!! It’s BLACK why send me an aluminum mount ????
Susan W.
Our item arrived quickly, was exactly as described and was packaged well including a protective film. It looks really sharp in our space.
Mary H.
Our original product arrived bent. Getting a replacement was very easy, the rep was nice to work with and we are happy with our product!
Jacqueline R.
The first one I received had to be replaced, which was done in a timely manner absolutely love their products exclamation
Anthony F.
We love the wall art, plus excellent customer service at Metal-art.
Jeromy D.
Great product! Looked just like the pictures online! Would definitely recommend.
Ruth F.
The metal wall art is very nice, but the packaging was not perfect. The product arrived slightly bent because the packaging wasn’t rigid enough. We weighted the product down for several days and bent it back in shape, but it would’ve been nice to receive the product in perfect condition. All MetalPlex has to do is spend a little bit more on better packaging.
Kim G.
Great overall experience! Ordering, shipping, hanging - the process was seamless. We have received many compliments and will definitely order again and recommend Metalplex to my friends and family.
Deborah A.
I think the metal art is really well made. However, it was a lot smaller than I expected.
Squid M.
Great for my needs.
Somewhat expensive for what it is...
Beth S.
I got the metal sculpture from my sister for my birthday. It is lighter than my thought it would be which will make it easier to hang. It looks great
Larry C.
This fits my house perfectly!!!! Ty all so much
John W.
It was beautiful...but mangled in the mail. Customer service resolved the issue within 2 days. I highly recommend!
John L.
Looks great. Easy to install.
Stacy L.
It looks awesome and it was shipped on time!
Thomas P.
It looks good I like the feeling it gives me
Gary Y.
Great addition to the wall. Just what the wall needed....
Leigh B.
It looks great in our new RV! It's perfect!
Brooke P.
It came quickly and was packed really well. It was extremely easy to put up. It fits perfectly in its current location!
Lisa M.
The piece is absolutely beautiful. For anyone that’s going to hang, you need to put it on a lightly colored wall not a dark wall. It stands out beautifully on a lightly colored wall.
Bob P.
excellent product we have over our french doors in our dining room really adds a nice accent to our alaskan atmosphere our second buy well made
Carlye T.
My parents have this without the LED light and we loved it so much we ordered it too! We wanted to have LED lights so we ordered it with them.
Package was shipped very nicely and quickly. Great packaging! Unfortunately, the product didn’t come with many instructions to hang it. We figured out we needed to use the J-tracks to hang it. With the LED light, the j track only had one place to be put and it kind of shows when it’s hanging. Could be better here. We wish the LED light strip was moved a little to allow more room to fit the J track.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the LED lights with the mountain art. There is a large box that has to be hung/hidden and truly ruins the sleek look of the art. There isn’t a large enough area of metal to hide the box. After talking with customer service, they said that the box has to be hung on the wall next the product. This was not shown or explained on the website prior to purchase!! We unfortunately will not be using the LED function that we paid extra money for. Customer service was unhelpful and stated that they haven’t dealt with the issue before and didn’t know how to help me. If I was buying this again, I would NOT do the LED lights. The art itself is beautiful and we love it, we just had issues with the lights. Please see photos attached.
Hope C.
Great quality, quick delivery with seamless support.
Mitchell W.
Ordering and shipping process was clear and easy to follow. Packaging was adequate to protect the artwork. A few too many follow up emails. However, the communication was much better then other online retailers. The wall attachments are two-way tape. They will support the item just fine. Would like a 3M style "no mork" attachments. I am dreading moving the art and the damage the "stickers" will do to the wall.
danielle A.
First piece arrived without a problem but the second piece( 60 ‘ x 16’) arrived bent and broken. As soon as Metalplex received our photos they sent us a free replacement piece without any hastle. Also they reimbursed the customs/duty charges. Great client service and the pieces are quite nice!
Renae P.
Really love all my metal art pieces. Good quality and adds a nice touch to the house exterior
Katherine N.
Perfection from start to finish! The mountains came exactly as pictured. They are light and easy to hang. I love that it came with the adhesive pieces to hang them. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering something again.
Shaila A.
My name means mountain. Since childhood I love mountains! Love to go to the mountains. So I always looked for something like this for my house. Finally I got it!! So happy!! Thank you.
Evonne K.
So love how these look in our kitchen! It’s just what we were looking for.
Karen B.
Looks beautiful on the wall!
Karine S.
Love it..sets the tone of the office
Robin R.
We bought 2 of these for our duplex trailside ski chalets in Michigan.
They look great and we’re easy to install.
Darrel C.
I love the look of the product, but the packaging and handling was not very good at all. When we got it two of the corners were damaged because the product was not packaged well. I had to bend the two corners back into shape. In an advertisement you see a person removing a piece of metal art from between two cardboard pieces - that would actually work and should be how they package. Put it between cardboard pieces and tape it well so it can't come out. Then bubble wrap and put in a box. Our metal piece was wrapped in bubble wrap only and put in a box (not tightly - it could move around in shipping). Obviously the pointy metal edges were going to break through the bubble wrap and get damaged.
The other handling issue is that they did not remove the burrs from the edges of the metal cutting. This is a just silly. Spend a few minutes and remove all the burrs/sharp edges from the piece before sending it to the customer. I had to spend about 20 minutes in my workshop doing this myself. I have pics of all the aluminum I removed, but I'm not sure if this review will let me upload them. This is either a serious lack of quality control, or just laziness. I certainly would never send a product like that out to a customer. But both of these things are so easy to fix - I hope MetalPlex actually takes the time to do so because the final products are really cool looking.
One more thing, I think people have mentioned using magnets to hang these items. Can't do that - they are thin aluminum sheets with some sort of plastic/fiberboard in the middle. Magnet's won't work on Aluminum.
Zane R.
Got this today and put it up in just a few min. Looks great and great quality. Super easy to install. Took a few days to ship out but worth the weight. I have another coming tomorrow.
Justin E.
I'm happy with the overall look, but what I'm surprised with is the thinness of the aluminum around the composite core. It's so thin that any minuscule pressure can cause a dis-figuration of the surface of the art piece. I wish it was a little thicker to protect it a little more, but it looks nice on the wall.
Rita K.
Absolutely LOVE the Mt. It's perfect size for what I'm wanting the wall to look like. I've had it a couple weeks, but waited to get Christmas stuff off the wall. It came very nicely wrapped, no bent tips. Its georgous!!! I ordered another piece already !!
Gary N.
Took a while to ship, but it is a busy time. I love it!
Al
Looks and works great, easy to hang, very happy , thanks again
william w.
Looks great on our stairs, great against the white shiplap. Took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait.
Casey W.
Beautiful piece! We ordered one for our home and ordered this second one for our new cabin in Tahoe !! Perfect
Brad Z.
Love our mountains! Just wish they made one that fits two or more pieces together so it’s a larger area.
Mary C.
I chose the mountains to remind me of my recent trip to the Grand Tetons and Glacier National Park. I will say that I’m totally pleased with it. It’s much lighter in weight than expected which is a good thing.
Suellyn S.
Very pretty! Looks exactly as pictured
Roy F.
Looks great and was easy to mount on the wall
Hal C.
We painted in a snowy scene because our mounting wall was not white. We love how it turned out.
Barbara D.
My son loved it. Quality work. He us very very pleased

Customer service was great. Got my first purchase and it was damaged. They replaced it at no charge. Love the way it looks.

Product was damaged in shipment #26919. Sent 3 e-mails and haven't heard
a thing from you. Id rate your customer service a 1 on a scale of 1-10 and that's being generous.
