When do I see my design?
Within 1 business day of your order, by email. Reply to approve or ask for changes. Two rounds of changes are included.
What if I don't like the proof?
Tell us what to change and we revise it. Two rounds of changes are included. If we still can't get it right, you can cancel for a full refund before anything is cut.
Can the price change?
The price you pay covers the size and detail you chose. If your design needs a bigger size or much more detail, we'll tell you on the proof. If it changes by more than 10%, you can cancel for a full refund.
How long until it arrives?
We cut and ship 2 to 3 business days after you approve. US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days. Shipping is free.
How is it hung?
Industrial-strength mounting tape is included. We can add screw holes on request, just mention it in your notes.
