We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and a full refund will be issued. There are no refunds for customized products where the buyer misspelled the personalization. However, we will work with the buyer to come to some sort of resolution. If we accidentally misspell a name or word you provided correctly then we will replace your item ASAP at no additional charge. You will not have to return the misspelled item.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it along with the bubble wrap that the item was wrapped in. It must also be in the original packaging, or if you decide to use your own packaging, please make sure that the item is safely secured because it has to return to us without any damages or missing parts. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the replacement/Refund. If you are approved, then your replacement/exchange/Refund will be processed.

Once received and inspected/approved, we will refund you for the full amount of the order itself. Please share the return tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org as it will help us identify the package once returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
