When we got the sign...we couldn't tell which way it went! It looked normal and great in the picture you advertise but in person it was like squished together and you could not even tell it had the hands as well.
It looked like a lot of metal that didn't make sense. I think maybe if it was stretched out longer horizontally it might make a difference but the features of the design was not clear or defined enough to make out what it was.
I was disappointed that I had my son in law open it with me. He is a body builder and I wanted to give it to him for doing my taxes.
So sorry that this is the case but it was a shock to both of us when we opened the box. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible again!!!! Still waiting for customer service to acknowledge the pics from the 2nd delivery attempt!!! Again my metal art mangled and unusuable!!! Either change shipping companies or pack it in a way where it arrives with NO damage!!!!

The packaging did not hold up very well! It has some bends in it which we believe we can get straightened out and a couple of little wrinkles. We will try to get those out as well once we get it out to our remote cabin in Alaska. It is a beautiful piece of art if we can make it flat again.

My first shipment was damaged. The box was not handled carefully during shipping so my artwork was broken. I contacted MetalPlex and they immediately started working on a replacement. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken piece. They sent me a new one within a week.

I think I'm glad that Metal-Plex has added a more formal protection package on their shipments of their product. Not really sure. But, as a purchaser of numerous Metal-Plex products in the past, I really don't see a major difference in the packaging and security of the package. Metal-Plex was always very careful of their packaging in the past so I'm trying to be open-minded of the additional charge but not seeing any major differences in the packaging.

My only issue: I think I ordered the wrong way to hang it. As I ordered the stand that normally comes with it, I can't put it on the wall and hide the light box. Is there another way to hang the mountains away from the wall so the light box can't be seen?

It definitely took us a minute to figure out how to hang them. Unless your walls are completely flat you need pre drilled holes if you don’t want anything to show when they are hung. The light are neat. So glad we got these.

Package arrived and was placed in the snow. At the end of my driveway. Right next to a major road. No protection. From the snow. Luçkily, I got home and saw it. Don't know why not delivered to my covered front porch.

Item came defective most likely in production. I was asked for pictures of the box and shipping materials after I was informed the piece would be reshipped. By that time the box had been discarded because it was large and we did not know it was needed anymore. I have not received a message on how Metalplex plans on proceeding. I wish someone would get back to me. This was a gift and the experience has been extremely disappointing, but mostly embarrassing.
The entire family loves hiking and we all have our favorite mountain ranges. I was hoping to order more pieces as gifts if I was happy with the first piece. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
