Do you accept custom order requests?

Yes, we welcome all custom orders, including custom colors and sizes. Please send us a message to request your custom order.  

How do I track my order?  

We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from the USPS official website.  

When will I receive my order?  

Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt. We use express shipping which typically takes 2-3 days once shipped. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?  

We do send orders to PO Boxes via USPS shipping services.  

Where do you ship to?

We ship wordwide! We offer free shipping to the U.S.A.. Discounted shipping rates will generate automatically at checkout for international buyers.

Where are you located?

Do you accept returns?  

We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and a full refund will be issued. There are no refunds for customized products where the buyer misspelled the personalization. However, we will work with the buyer to come to some sort of resolution. If we accidentally misspell a name or word you provided correctly then we will replace your item ASAP at no additional charge. You will not have to return the misspelled item.
