My original shipment arrived damaged. I provided the requested pictures to Metal Plex, and they sent another product. This one was packaged better and able to withstand what occurs during shipment. Please keep in mind that simply labeling a package as ‘fragile’ may mean nothing to those who are handling the product (Note, I did pay for the added protection with the original purchase). I recommend styrofoam board on each side of the artwork to prevent damage. Thank you for making this right!!!

We followed the return instructions and sent photos of the box and the item that was damaged yet never received any further information. I would recommend securing the metal print to the inner bubble wrap with tape and/or make sure all sides of the metal print are enclosed within the bubble wrap. It was obvious the metal print had slid between the open side of the bubble wrap sandwich to the cardboard edge during delivery causing damage to the metal print. Even with "Fragile" stickers on the outside, UPS is not as gentle as you'd like. Hope this helps. Love the product - disappointed with the shipping.

The item arrived boxed and wrapped, a corner of the item was protruding through the box…it didn’t come loose during shipping, it was taped down inside the box this way. This caused the four prong plug to be bent-The light strip was arranged in such a way that the plug end was at the outside edge of the item, leaving the power cord to dangle off the edge instead of the bottom where it would be less noticeable.
I had to rearrange the light strip to correct this, and hung it with small, unnoticeable nails instead of the mismatched colored ‘J’ bar.

Very nice wall art. Nice construction and quality. Very difficult to hang since the bottom is not straight. We used the adhesive that was provided and had to pry it off the wall to rehang it. My wish is that it came with some easy hanging instructions.

The only thing I’d do differently is put a hanging device on the back of the star to hang with instead of using tape that adheres to the painted wall. Our paint would come off with the tape!
