The adhesives failed and the artwork fell from the wall damaging the bottom as well as my new hardwood floors. Also, the lights don’t work very well. Only a few of the many choices work. Additionally, the battery compartment is far too big to tuck behind the artwork and dangles awkwardly below it.
Had high hopes for this piece but unfortunately has been a disappointment

The products are good, and I can see there was effort made to protect them in the packaging for shipping, but the colorful one still got a scratch on it and the solid black one was bent a bit on the far tips. Neither damage was worth returning, but still a little disappointing.

I love the piece but you have to be very careful with the "y" and the "a" the connection is very small. I had to glue a support under both so that they did not snap off.

Instructions say, “hang in 5 minutes” and after several texts find out that the product was redesigned 2 years ago due to product being broken during shipping. Long winded excuse but no directions how to hang. There is no way the battery will fit behind the sign with the clips sent. Your ad also makes it sound like metal art and not metal printed on plastic art. I give it an G on a scale from A to F. Due to lack of response had to file dispute through CC company to get a refund.

Print is very nice. There was a dent in the shipping box that gouged the wooden frame.of the print. My husband glued the wood chip in place and clamped it and now the picture looks good.
I was disappointed that the picture was framed in glass because I did not want that. Overall, the print is very nice. It is hung over the Murphy bed.

I received my Texas metal art in silver and supposed to be black. Edges were damaged and the product looked unprofessional. I reached out multiple times but no consideration was taken to replace or refund the product. I will never refer this company to anyone.

I have ordered the same two pieces, and both times, the edge of the piece had poked through the cardboard box and was bent more than 90°. No joking or exaggeration, two times. I think it's fair to say the shipping protection doesn't work

Shipping was fast and the packaging was secure. The product however, was not worth protecting, because it was flimsy and ugly. It was more like bendable foil over a metal hanger material rather than solid metal. Not what I was expecting, but shipping was great.

Container was pretty banged up. The metal art was warped, and one small corner was broken off. I had to lay weights on the art to straighten it out, and my husband took a small file to it to fix and broken edge.
It is on wall and seems to look fine after fixing it.
