I don’t think you want to hear about the shipping issues that I encountered. I was not happy with the way you wrapped the metal mountain seen. You need to ship you product in a much better manner than you did. Two flat pieces of cardboard folded over the metal is not going to prevent the shipping companies from damaging your products.
When it got to my house about 11 inches from one end of the package was bent and kinked the whole thing. From the kinked end the rest of it was rolled with a 6 inch curve in the rest of it. Looks like FedX placed something on top of it and it bowed 3/4 of the whole piece. That 6 inch end on the right with the picture of the trees was bent up to a 90 degree angle and I couldn’t save it.
It’s just a mess. I flatten out the curve the best I could. That 6 inch end I had to cut it off and round the end off. After doing all that I decided to flip it over and paint the back black and try to hang it up that way.
It’s all because of your packageing practice that damaged it.
I am not returning the product because I don’t have the time. I have to finish the job and I can’t wait for you to send me another one. Plus I can’t take a chance that the shipping company will damage the product again. I won’t be ordering anything else from you anymore.
Fix your shipping issues. Your packages need way more protection.

My original shipment arrived damaged. I provided the requested pictures to Metal Plex, and they sent another product. This one was packaged better and able to withstand what occurs during shipment. Please keep in mind that simply labeling a package as ‘fragile’ may mean nothing to those who are handling the product (Note, I did pay for the added protection with the original purchase). I recommend styrofoam board on each side of the artwork to prevent damage. Thank you for making this right!!!
