Received with torn package and scratches on the product. Terrible product wrapping and will not place any future orders. Will not recommend company to family or friends.

There are metal shavings painted over by the finish all over it. Its hideous, in such bad shape I would never display it and certainly not what I expected for the price. How can I return it?
