Shipping was fast and the packaging was secure. The product however, was not worth protecting, because it was flimsy and ugly. It was more like bendable foil over a metal hanger material rather than solid metal. Not what I was expecting, but shipping was great.

Honestly, very disappointed in the quality. I was expecting a piece of metal art and it’s really more laser cut plexiglass. It looks very cheap and not as shown in the pictures they were deceptive.

Love the artwork but one of the corners came through box during shipping. Not enough to complain and the small damage just makes the mountain top have character. The metal was flipped up and scrapped.

Ordered one and it was bent pretty bad. It was replaced quickly and the second one also was bent. The process in which it it packed is poor. There is no label that says "do not bend" so both were bent. I give up.

Great product looks better than imagined.
Only downfall was the 3M Industrial tape, not sure if construction next door vibrations caused it to fall. Was present for 4 days and it stayed fine. Came back a week later and it had scraped wall when fell (minor touch up Paint. Bear also hit floor nose first , so had to bend back. Recommend using 3M Claws . This is best hanging device used and make them for heavy hangs up to 65lbs.

However, it is for my Florida home and came just a few days before I left for the summer to go back north. Also, hanging it in a hard-to-get-to area of my home. Just ran out of time.
