Truly professional work - WELL DONE!

Rick E.

It’s plastic, not metal and cheap looking, will not buy again.

Rick E.

It’s not even metal, it’s plastic. It looks good from 10 feet away but when you get up close, it looks cheap. I will not buy again.

Victoria R.

We really love the piece of metal wall art we purchased for our mountain cabin. The ordering process was simple and the product arrived when expected. I like how it's not that heavy and it was easy to hang, even though it's quite large. It also came with a protective film over the front to avoid any scratching before we mounted it. I'll buy from MetalPlex again.

David B.

The art worked perfectly. There was a problem with shipping but Samuel fixed the issue so I'm totally satisfied.

MITCHELL A.

Love it It’s awesome

This was the second shipment I received. This one was bent in several places. I tried to straighten the art work out. I was able to get it somewhat flat but it does not lay flat on the wall. Putting the double sided tape on the high parts has messed up the wall as it is pulled off the wall by the art work. The packing used is not adequate to protect the art.

Perfect

The package arrived damaged. Upon unboxing, the product was already bent and creased, despite the outer packaging showing no signs of damage. The item advertised as metal appears to be extremely thin and feels more like plastic than actual metal. The quality is very poor and does not match the product images shown at the time of purchase. This is not metal art as advertised. Additionally, the customer support experience has been frustrating. I’ve been asked to provide excessive and repetitive information, making resolution unnecessarily difficult. Based on the product quality and the support experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Pamela W.

Reminds us of our mountain vacation! We love it

KAREN V.

The package came bent and I have been trying to communicate with the company for a refund. I have sent pictures of the damage item and package, emails, and started a chat. To no avail, the company won't respond. Right now, I think they are a scam company. Don't buy from them.

This company was great to work with. My original shipment came in box damaged and the mountain wall art was bent pretty well. They quickly made good on the issue and sent me a new wall art. We hung it last night and it looks fantastic! Great company I highly recommend!

Steve L.

When I purchased the item the delivery date was 4 days. We received a tracking # however the shipping company never received the package. After over a week texting Metal Plex with no response we file a Complaint with PayPal. We finally received our item.

Sue M.

I was very pleased with the Rocky Mountain metalplex that we ordered We love the mountain range and now a piece of it with us in Texas. Very light weight and easy to hang.

Arrived late and bent

Stosh O.

This one is tough. I reached out to the company asking for a color that wasn't available at the time, and they were not only able to make it in the requested color, they added that option for future orders. Well done. My issue is after I placed my order, after a week I noticed that there was no movement. I had to reach out twice before I got an answer, and the project shipped. Thankfully, it reached me in time to present it. However, when I received the item, there were noticeable bends along the length. While the art is beautiful, I'm unsure if I would recommend to a friend.

Esther Y.

Little flimsier than expected. Arrived bent and I had to flatten it the best I could.

David L.

Great addition for my wall.

Bart Y.

Great company and nice product. Plan to order one for my back patio when it warms up

Arata B.

Unfortunately, these were not what I was expecting. I was expecting a piece that was full metal. Both of the pieces I received felt like a plastic cut out / stencil. They look good from a distance but the quality simply isn’t there.

Gregory P.

I would like to buy a separate set of trees but you don’t sell it. Do I have nothing to go with it.

Melanie F.

Ordered for a friend who lives in Colorado. She loves the art. Thank you!

Twila L.

The people that I gave my two metal Flex pictures they loved them that's all that matters is they like them and I did too

Customer

Never received it. You're customer service in China claims to have shipped it to the wrong address. What a Total SCAM.

Devin K.

Not even a solid piece of metal and the cut out looks worse than the pictures

Nofirstname L.

The package came bent at 90 degrees. It was returned but I haven't received the replacement or got shipping data on the new one. Ladd

Kimberly H.

It’s a Christmas present so I can’t show a pic or vid. But I think the gift came out really good and I’m excited to give it to them. Looks great!!

Richard H.

On time and a beautiful piece. It is well crafted. We love it!

Shannon M.

We have not had a chance to hang our piece yet as it is going in a precarious place high over our stairs at our 2nd home, but it is a great looking piece for the money and very light weight. They send you all you need to hang it easily. Also, their customer service is great as I was able to reach them and have them change my shipping address at the last minute. We will definitely be back to look for another piece for our basement remodel when it is finished. I’ll try to come back and post a picture after we get it hung.

Anne K.

I loved it! But it was to small for my space my bad Had to return to reorder the bigger size Sent an email told to return ups my expense. I did this to the tune of $29 dollars 4 days later I checked the tracking they received my return Still 7 days later I have received nothing about my return or refund Poor customer service in my opinion

Kyla W.
