Your customer service was lacking on this order. I ordered this item to replace one of the same that was "lost" by the Post Office. It was a gift. So I ordered this one - an hour after I placed my order, the Post Office found my original. I called within about an hour of placing the order and I tried to cancel the 2nd duplicate item. I was forced to leave a message!... After not receiving a return phone call in 48 hours, I contacted Metal Plex via email. After several days from sending the email, I finally got a response via email, that my order wouldn't be canceled- that it was alreading being made. This was 5 days after my initial call to cancel! Your customer service is horrible and I probably won't order again from you. I have ordered in the past- I am/was a repeat customer. The service you provided was completely unacceptable! There should be an easy was to cancel an order, especially when you're trying to cancel within an hour of placing the damn order.
