I was kind of disappointed I thought it was made out of all metal did not realize that it had some kind of plastic over the metal thought. It was metal that was powder coated won’t make that mistake twice.

It was exactly what I was looking for. However, I did not expect it to be so shiny so I ended up putting up on the other side. The nose was a bit bent, but barely noticeable.

The shipping process was hard on it. The box and bubble wrap did not protect it. There are some bends in it. After we get it to our remote cabin, we will try to get it flattened out! We love the look of the bear and hope we get it straightened out.

I’m disappointed in the craftsmanship and quality of material. I’m even more concerned that your team is not standing by their published return policy. To only offer 20% of the total sale price and keep a product that I’m not satisfied is not by any means a reasonable solution. I’ve sent further feedback and hoping for quick resolution.

Ordered the large bear. It arrived damaged. Nose is damaged. Despite bubble wrap, the package looks to have been dropped, hard, on the nose end. Bubble wrap damaged as is the box. I sent two requests for advice. Sent multiple pictures as requested. No response yet.

Sadly, I do not have a photo because this was a wedding gift for my sister and her husband. We have had a lot going on and I would have loved the discount because I bought other ones from you before. They told me they loved it and they can't wait to hang it at their ranch. We had to evacuate for a file, and it is funny because this is a bear...we now have lots of bears on our property...
