I love the metal bear but it did arrive damaged. The nose of the bear was bent. I was able to hammer out most of the damage but not all. However, where I am going to hang the bear, the damaged nose will probably not be that noticeable.
The bear itself is beautiful!

Looks great, when I received it it's nose was bent so I attempted to straighten it and the tip broke off. Still looks great though.

I bought this as a gift. And, if FINALLY arrived. And, it was well received. I've not actually seen the product.
I was not happy with the fact that the day I ordered, my credit card was charged. And, it took over a month to ship the order. In fact, 10 days in, I got an email stating that my order was shipping. But, that status didn't change for 2 weeks. I emailed a couple of times and was told to be patient. I'm thinking it was a scam. And, was close to saying forget it! But, it did ship and as I said, the recipient said it was great.
So, Metalplex -- first, don't charge the account until it ships. And, please set expectations for how long it will take once the order is placed. It would save a lot of angst.
